Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or items requiring additional preparation may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery once an order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey to your doorstep.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure their safe arrival. Each item is securely wrapped and placed in packaging materials that are typically reclaimed or recycled.

Damaged Items

We strive for perfection, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to faroutmercantile@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We aim to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Far Out Mercantile is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier for an update. If you still need assistance, please contact us at faroutmercantile@gmail.com. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue, but please note that Far Out Mercantile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Changes to Your Order
